"We recently spent 3 nights in the Presidential Suite on the first floor and felt as if we were transported back in time. The room was clean, well organized for necessities and had it's own private enclosed sunroom! Sue & Chris at the front desk were amazing & their coffee every morning - also amazing! The rest of the staff were also very helpful, seeing to our needs in every way. Thanks to all for making our time in Eureka Springs so enjoyable!!"
"My wife and I had a fantastic visit over a long weekend at the New Orleans Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is right behind the hotel (a big plus in this town). We enjoyed the Vodoo Lounge in the evening, and Andrea is a fantastic bartender. Add to all that a can't-be-best location and NOH is a great choice for a Eureka Springs getaway."
"Love the location in the heart of Eureka Springs. We watched the Christmas parade from the balcony, which is a good place to people-watch anytime. Rooms were very nice, beds were super comfortable. There is a small bar in the lobby and a larger one downstairs. Breakfast was amazing. Be prepared to take the stairs; there is no elevator at least as of December 2023."
"A beautiful 1800's hotel brings you back in time. Hotel has a nice restaurant and two bars. Location is great for walking to shops and pubs with live music, and more food. Best part was manager Sue Goldberg and the whole staff, they were always working hard to make everyone's stay more comfortable. We were there 4 nights, and can't wait to get back! Thank you Sue & everyone! Andy & Dawn Boone"
"Beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice and comfy. Smaller Queen room offers little space for hair or make up. But no complaints overall. There is a beautiful pool table and access to balcony. The hotel has a unique feel, with beautiful wood work, and furniture."
