"I have no idea how this place sells enough hats to stay in business…they’re never open, I was just there at 12:14 pm closed… drove over specifically the other evening, closed at 6:55 pm. The mall itself is like a deserted island and Lids should give me a couple free $50 hats for my gas money and time wasted."

"Please don't waste your time coming here to buy a hat. I came up here super excited to buy five hats and they were closed 40 minutes early. There were a couple guys just standing there by the register giving me dirty looks. I asked them if they were closed and their response was "yeah we open back up tomorrow". Needless to say I was very disappointed. Gonna just buy on Amazon. At least I know Amazon is open when they say they are. I guess malls and lids are dead. Sad."

"Horrible horrible customer service. This was my first time buying a hat from lids. I bought 3 hats from there Saturday. For all 3 it came out to be $167. First off they emailed me my receipt and didn’t give me paper one so once I got home I looked at the receipt to see why it was so expensive. And they charged me twice for one of the hats. I guess the man double scanned one of them. I called them that same day to inform them and they tried to give me a hard time and say I had to drive all the way back to the store to show them the email receipt. A EMAIL receipt that I can forward you or txt to you or better yet you don’t have the email receipt yourself. So Long story short they said they would refund me and never did. Today which is Tuesday I decided to come back up to the Mid Rivers mall at 11:30am because it said they opened and 10:00am. And they were still closed. I tried calling corporate and obviously they don’t have a corporate you can call to help you with these problems. Ridiculous so now I have no other choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. Beware they have so many people working there they can’t help you with anything and getting a refund or something fixed is nearly impossible."
