Robert is easy to work with and his staff are always helpful."
"Very disappointed in the service here or lack of. My company recently moved locations and was going to use Free Style Graphics for our Merchandise ordering. I left them with an item to start with. It’s been 4 weeks and still haven’t had a call back from the embroidery manager to place my order. I’ve called 3 times nicely asking for a call back. I have received no call and the front desk lady hung up on me after nicely mentioning I would really like a call back. I’m happy to not spend $200,000 in merchandise at this location."
"Do not even think about going there. I went there to get my dad’s cancer support shirts printed and the lady at the front desk would not even give me two minutes of her time to explain what I wanted to get done. She was so disrespectful and mean to the point where I cried when I was leaving. I have never met a more rude, disrespectful, and mean human being in my life. They would benefit from showing their customers a little bit of compassion when they come in, as no one knows what someone is going through in their life. Will never use their services again."
