"DO NOT SELL HERE!!! The workers and owner are very rude. I have been consigning here for years. After 90 days, you pick up the things that won't sell. Everytime I have to weed through all the clothes by finding the right tag #. Everytime I can't find clothes or shoes. They don't care; they are glad you can't find things. One time I couldn't find a Coach purse and I was told 'oh well'. Today I went to find 25 items; I found 15. I looked through every rack of clothes they had. The clerks wouldn't help me and said they had no idea where they might be. I will not be consigning here again. You make pennies on the dollar. Style Encore gives you money right away and if you buy things with that money, you aren't taxed for purchases. My Best Friend's Closet makes their money by hiding your items in the back room until the 97 days are up, then keeping them! They also accept things to be consigned and then will call and say 'we decided not to accept several of your items so you can come by in the next 2 days to get them or they will be donated'. That's really hard for me when I work 2 jobs, 12 days on then 2 off. They are rigid, unhelpful, and rude. You can make all the slanderous comments you want about me but they are not true. Me yelling at people? Not likely. I did raise my voice when there was no one in the store and the 2 girls behind the register were laughing at me when I was trying to find my merchandise. Your rebuttal is nothing but noise; I have never been rude to people even if they are rude to me. The girls that work there are too busy chatting to help the small amount of clientele that they do have. My Best Friend's Closet is OUTDATED & A CLUTTERED MESS!!!"

"Do NOT sell here. I listed a $250.00 Kurt Geiger bag. They had it listed for $179.00. The item didn’t sell. I went to go pick it up, and now they can’t find it. The employee claims the item was never put into their system. That is a lie. I saw it on the system personally. This is the bag they lost. I’m furious."

"Pretty unhappy with my experience as a seller here. All of the staff I have encountered have been rude, unhelpful and scattered. Had to make an additional trip back to get half my items because someone messed up going through my selection. I'll be surprised if the money I make back is any consolation for my negative experience. Would not recommend."
