"I can see why you have 2.4 stars with the people you hire. Had a girl order doordash here dropped it off with another coworker who said she would take it. This girl tipped 0 dollars of course, and then said she never got her food and I got in trouble. So it doesn’t surprise me I log onto here and everyone is posting bad reviews. If I can help you go out of business by leaving bad reviews I’m all for it"
"I lost half of my uniform allotment because I could not return the pants that did not fit me. I did NOT do any alterations. Did not wear or wash the pants. They were in new condition for return. Because I am a TTO, our pants differ from the mail carriers. Apparently the truck drivers need to know seamstress lingo. I do not know what a braid removal is. That was their reasoning for not letting me return my pants. Not only can we no longer try anything on in person, but we are restricted to what we can return. Very vague return policy for TTO pants. I will no longer use my allotment with this company. Their prices are not competitive, and they are very stubborn about certain returns that they are not specific on. The supervisor was not budging on working with me at all to at least do an exchange. Do yourself a favor, go online and lookup the many licensed postal uniform vendors on liteblue website. Much better deals. Cannot try anything on here anyway. And if they do accept your return or exchange, YOU have to pay for return shipping. So you have nothing to lose by checking out other vendors online. I will be sharing my experience with my fellow TTOs. Hopefully they will shop elsewhere."
"Long time customer and the quality has greatly diminished the last 2 orders. XL shirt sleeves are narrower than Large, how? One shirt jac buttons misaligned, didn’t notice til summer, order placed in winter. I would pull each item from plastic and check it thoroughly as soon as they arrive. Now to find another seller…"
