"It seems like employees in the shoe dept should have a little more training than to go find a shoe size. The sale kids were less than helpful outside of trying to find a size in the stockroom, which was sketchy in and of itself. You’re only as good as your training."

"I needed to return/exchange some shoes that weren't in stock in my size. The associate was so patient and went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed at the sale price I originally paid. The manager, Kevin, came to assist and got it all sorted out. Both were apologetic for the time it took which I appreciated. They were great! Definitely recommend this store!"

"I have shopped here before but yesterday I was looking for something specific. I saw a collapsible wagon on Facebook marketplace but wanted it new. I decided to look at Dick’s since I was out and about yesterday. The only had two on the shelf. I should have gotten a better picture but they had price tags all on the shelves. But I was told that wasn’t the price of the wagon. Why would you place items on the shelf with incorrect price tags? Like many incorrect price tags that doesn’t make sense to me. Then the employee got mad at me when I asked these questions. I will be getting the wagon from somewhere else heck even Amazon is a better option at this point. Here is the wagon and the price tag says $44.99 and $29.99 near another one. So none of the tags were correct over there. There were more tags on the top shelf as well but just wagons were in that area. The wagon I wanted is $99.99 which is a huge difference from the tag right by it of $44.99. Won’t be shopping here again I guess they like to have you think it’s one price so you try to purchase it. If it was $44.99 or even if they took money off because it was their mistake I would have brought it yesterday without a doubt. Bad customer service."

"the store environment is very tidy, but characterless. I happened upon a dude who seemed to be a working manager (as opposed to a sit-on-your-ass manager) and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I walked past the baseball/softball section on my way to what I was there for and it seemed well stocked. for what I wanted, though, there was no variety of products - buy the one item offered by the one brand, at what seemed like a pretty steep price, or go elsewhere. check out was quick."
