"Truly amazed of the lacking customer service in this store! Walked by 3 employees several times and not a hello, can I help you, or even acknowledgement that I was even in the store. Part of the buying process is customer service and it’s definitely lacking at this place. I don’t need someone following me, but at least a hello would be nice. Unfortunate because I like the store but don’t particularly like going places where I don’t feel welcomed!"

"I had to buy an entire new wardrobe for a recent job change, and purchased about 85% of that wardrobe here. On trend, with some classics. Excellent selection of jewelry at reasonable prices (especially the back sale table!), Most things seem to be around $24-29 with a few peices higher, but few and far between are over $50- jeans or a dress/jumper with high quality fabric, maybe. Shoes are basically all $29 and under. Staff is kind to grab a different size if needed while in the dressing room. They also sell a small collection of pretty impressive quality shapeware at pretty impressive prices- I have the tank top in every color and wear it way more than any of my actual Spanx brand items. Probably my favorite store in KC."
