"Good furniture and prices, but we were not a fan of the pushyness of the sales people. We were greeted when we walked in and let them know we were just taking a look around. Not a fan of being followed through the entire store. Every time we looked behind us, there they were. We couldn't stop at a piece for 2 seconds to look or discuss it with out being approached with a sales pitch. Was a bit of a turn off and we were glad we found something else where."

"I'm always unsure when I'm making a big purchase but they went back and forth with me over and over I never felt like anyone was annoyed me I honestly had the best experience ever we laughed they answered every question in full details it could not had been easy Assisting me. Even the Financing lady was great in Assisting me with questions that I had.i think I stay in there almost 3 hours and never felt pressure...I have Recommend it this location to my co-workers that are thinking about getting new furniture are things for there homes I'm asking that Upper management really appreciates and Acknowledge this location-based Bob's Furniture in independence off 39th...and please don't forget the guy in the back where I pick up my table that help me as well!!!!! "This review is for the associates at Bob’s Furniture Outlet only. Not Acima! My suggestion is to not use that leasing company. Or at least really look over everything before you sign the link they send you. Tell them you want to see the numbers. Now Bob’s Furniture Outlet associates were wonderful! I was even able to come back in and cancel the leasing option and pay for the couch and full. Very polite and friendly! Attentive to my needs. Even willing to help me after everything."

"A couple of things that would have made my experience better is a promotion and a chair on the floor that I could drive away with. A couple of positive things were the employees and management. Bob’s Furniture keeps prices low, and there is a lot of selection. I found something I liked that I ended up purchasing. There was no pressure, and sometimes, the salesperson was apprehensive about me buying something. I even got a custom option on my order."
