"We had previously purchased a mattress from this store 8 years ago, best mattress we have ever owned. It was great for the last 8 years but it is time for a new one. We went in today and spoke with John and another employee who were both extremely helpful and patient with our questions and concerns. Our situation was a little complicated but they were able to help us in the end ! Both my husband and I are appreciative and would definitely recommend this store !"

"I went to this location because of the great reviews. After my purchase, I provided a 5 ⭐️ review, but after delivery on Monday, I am completely disappointed. The salesman Zach gave me a great deal, I went across the street to look at bedroom sets before committing since the deal Zach made included an adjustable base. When my bed was delivered on Monday, it was delivered with a standard base which was not part of the deal & was never discussed nor mentioned. In addition, the bed looked smaller than a queen size so we measured it & sure enough it is measuring 2” shorter in length & 2” shorter in width. This isn’t what I asked for nor what I paid for. Although they offered for me to send it back, unfortunately the old bed is already gone so I’m stuck with what they delivered. If you choose to shop here, double check everything you are being told before completing your transaction."
