"Really neat old mansion. We took the tour, they told us a lot of really interesting things about the people who owned it, the former business that was there, which was a sanitarium/nursing home. I showed off a lot of neat period piece furniture. They said Christmas time is really fun to visit as it is all decorated up. A must see if you live in the area. A hidden gem."

"I have always loved Vaille Mansion and the history it represents. This Location has a long and storied history that is well documented. There is constriction going on at the street in front of the property, but that shouldn't get in the way of getting in the parking lot."

The fascinating life and owner of this mansion will amaze you too. Architecture is just gorgeous along with the furniture, belongings, fixtures, and history of this family. All the fireplaces, the Cooper bath tub and the European toilet were just fascinating, to say the least. Tour guides are volunteers who give you a history of the family and house. There is a little gift shop we stopped at as well, as we live to support all historic houses to preserve their lives and tales. Off the beaten path, but so worth it"
