"This is a good park to go to for older children and or when nobody else is there. The two playgrounds are quite nice but the bigger more exciting one is almost always filled with elementary age kids. My 2 year old daughter is big enough to use the smaller playground, but often there are teens or adults smoking, cursing, or playing around and not being mindful of the small children. When I went this afternoon, there were also beer bottles strewn about. This is definitely the coolest playground in my immediate area, but it's definitely best when there are fewer people there."
"McCoy park is a very beautiful park. It has a very nice size walking trail around the entire park. There is also a handicap accessible ball field and multiple pro style horseshoe pits. And a great playground d for the kiddos"
"Always great for a free water park outing. Small and quaint, but packed full of fun. There's a couple parks to play in, a few picnic tables to sit at, and water to play in. Adults were having just as much fun as the kids were (me included). OH AND, the ice cream man came and we got frozen treats, too! The darker pictures were another night and I ess trying to chase the moon for a pic."
"A really neat park that's got a old west wagoner gold rush theme. Lots to do with merry go round, roller slides, saucer swing, lots of climbing walls, little country store set up, musical instruments, swings & 2 splash pads in the summer months. There's also a baseball field, tennis courts, horseshoe pits & big hills that are great for sledding when it snows. Highly recommend this park. It also has covered Pavillion, bathrooms & grills to cook on."
"Really nice playgrounds for all ages. Splash pad is a hit with kids during the hot days. There is even a small baseball field on a "spongy floor." Wide grass spaces to run, plenty places to sit and relax and ample parking. The Harry Truman museum provides a nice background. The one improvement needed here is the bathrooms. They are dirty and lack soap dispensers."
