"If I could give 0 stars to this store I really wish I could and I would. I literally had one of the worst return experiences of my life at this location! One of the workers there who claims to be a manager named Kendra is extremely rude and inconsiderate of her customers!! She kicked me out of the store without explanation by basically telling me to get out just like that when no one else was around in the store and immediately called security, in the next breath falsely accusing me of being unwilling to leave. That was a lie! and I did leave! She treated me like this when no one else was in the store. Because, of a misunderstanding apparently over some items I was trying to return! I asked her why she was treating me this way? After she refused me service all together and she refused to give an explanation. This woman named Kendra became vindictive and extremely arrogant. And basically, accused me of being a liar and and showed no consideration for my feelings! I guess that was her explanation. So after being mistreated and so rudly told to get out of the store and refused service! I sat down outside of the store and broke down in tears in front of people in the mall. It was embarrassing! And then I complained to the security guard passing by. I told him that I have never been treated so poorly in my life!!! Honestly, this woman made me feel like total trash. I'll never shop here ever again!!!"
