"The rooms were just ok. Planned trip with 2 small kids, a very pregnant mom, an adult and an older adult. We were on 2nd floor and the elevator was not working. Very inconvenient for us to have to walk up to the 2nd floor with everything that goes with 2 toddlers and all the stuff that it takes! The kids wanted to go to the pool and it was closed!!!!!!! If you are going to advertise hot tubs, pool, elevators then you should have them to use. It might as well be a cheap motel 6. We exspected a lot more from a Holiday Inn. Not happy at all!!!!!!"

"I can't believe Holiday inn would allow their name to be on this business. It's wore out. They've painted the tubs and showers tile is coming up and chipped and broken. Do not go barefoot in the rooms. Not to mention the small round toilets and a elevator that's been broken out of order for a week. Never again and you've been warned. This is Red Roof standards not Holiday inn."

"Great staff, really good breakfast options, and a well-cleaned room. I loved that there was full size bottles for lotion, shampoo, and conditioner (and they were Dove!). The location was also perfect, since it’s just across the street from Legends. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Worst holiday inn/IHG we’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are terribly small and have a weird door way after you enter between the room and bathroom so you can’t even wheel a cart in there. The carpets are absolutely disgusting. Every room in our group had sticky carpet, to the point where you walk on it then the hard floor and your shoes stick to the floor. Not very clean but not terrible. Definitely isn’t very well maintained. The dining hall furniture was all worn out and cuts in the chairs. Would not recommend for the price. We looked at several others and disappointed we stayed here."

"I always have a good experience at this location. Food is good, staff is nice and I love the hot tub and the pool. Parts of the hotel are starting to show its age, but the staff are really nice and helpful. Just make sure the pool and hot tub are working before you go, if that is one of your reasons for booking."
