Escape Room KC in Union Station

"This was my first time at the Union Station and my family and I did the Da Vinci Code escape room. It was awesome! Fun but difficult. We worked with Sabrina and she was so funny, friendly, and helpful. I'll definitely be coming here again for our family escape room trips. Highly recommend!"

"The place is decent, and the good ambiance being in union Station. However, the staff was very rude. We went for my daughters birthday. Her and her friends attempted The Dream room. About 10 minutes in the tablet malfunctioned. The tablet was supposed to give clues and make it so you could look back at previous clues. The staff seemed irritated that they had to give the clues and answer questions. The whole point of the tablet was to make it more fun and possible to escape. This is what our 13 tear old wanted to do for her birthday, and it was a complete letdown. This was not our first escape room but easily the worst experience. $140 completely wasted. I also witnessed the staff member. He appeared to be the manager, being extremely rude to another group, so we know it wasn't isolated. Don't waste your money here. Choose one of the other escape rooms. No one spends $32 per person to be treated like an idiot who is bothering the people who work there. Will not go back or to the other location. I hope someone reads this review and opts not to go to this escape room."

"Super fun! This was our first escape room ever and it was a fun experience. We did the first two rooms and escaped! The staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are pretty challenging, we will be going back soon the do the last and hardest room soon"

"So fun! This was our first Escape Room and we had loads of fun! All of the props and clues are really well thought out and unique. Can't really compare it to other Escape Rooms since this was our first, but I will say that other ones are going to have a lot to live up to! Very cool experience. Definitely recommend!"
