"Ive been dealing with this company for over 7 years. Up until today I have been pleased. I placed an order and then the next day called and asked if it had shipped and could I add an item to the order. Young lady was very nice and said “sure” took my order and I asked when it might be received. She indicated that it would go out later that day and would get here by Friday (2 days) or latest Monday. I got an email to check on my order and it still hadn’t shipped. I called to ask if there was a problem and an older woman answered and when I asked what might be the problem, expecting a shortage in something and I was going to say leave off the item that might be slowing it down, when she. Got snippy and said, “We are working on it as fast as we can!!” I told her that I wasn’t angry or griping, just that I really needed the item and I was told otherwise 2 days ago.” And she retorted, I don’t think anyone would have said THAT!” As if I have any reason to lie about a previous call! “I said, geez, ok.” And without another word, she HUNG UP ON ME! Tom is always wonderful and so has been everyone else but this woman needs to stay FAR away from customers! I don’t know what her issue is but she needs to leave it at home! Will be a long time if ever I return to spend $1200 let alone the 6K I spent previously at this store."
