"Stay there and when you ask for eyes. Cause they don't have an ice machine. You get like two cubes wow, crazy. The rooms they're not clean very well. I haven't sure if they're tells and wash clothes are either. The front desk gentlemen, if you have a reservation and you don't make it right there. When it's they like to change the price on you a lot."

"Our hotel room was embarrassing to say the least. The side table was just a board nailed into the wall. The microwave was disgusting and old. The tv remote didn’t even work correctly. The only way to change the channels was to enter channel numbers. The floor in our room wasn’t put down well and had planks loose. The toilet didn’t set level and the water ran in it constantly. The bathroom sink was so loose that I was afraid I was going to break it when I turned the water on. The manager was terrible. Barely spoke English and was extremely rude to me. I booked the room for two nights and only stayed one because it was such a run down place and the manager made sure and tell me 5 or 6 times that I couldn’t get the money back for the night I wasn’t staying. Do not waste your time here when you can go across the street to the Super 8 for the same price but a million times better service and nicer."

"This is a run down motel not a hotel, everything is not clean, everything is broken. I'm not one to make reviews like this but don't stay here I don't recommend to anyone. The super 8 right across the street Is the place to stay at better price and better all around."

"The AC did not work. The bathroom door would not even come close to shutting. The main door in the room you had to force open and closed. The staff was very rude and when we asked nicely in the morning to have the ac looked at they said no problem. That night it was hotter in the room than it was outside. The man behind the desk said that it was fine.when asked for a different room or a refund he said no. Not his problem."

"Booked rooms all the way from Wisconsin through Expedia. My college club and I were coming down to do paranormal investigation at the Sallie House but now I'm thinking this place was scarier. When we arrived we were told Expedia does not reserve the rooms so we had to put our rooms on our own credit cards. Thank God we had enough money to do so. So in all we ended up paying double the list price for these rooms. Would not stay here again because the rooms smelled terribly like smoke and the bed sheets were dirty and stained. No bed bugs though which was honestly to my surprise. Would have given it one star but the woman who was working was much nicer than the guy. Definitely would be better off staying at the holiday Inn express in town."
