"Very disappointed with the oncology dept.for 6 months not getting pain relief with severe radiation pain. Do i have to drive from Bedford to buffet cancer center for my treatments and some pain relief..."
"I recently had a 4 day stay in hospital. I recieved excellent care and was treated with absolute kindness from Jenn at front desk to all walkin clinic staff. Then the nurses made my stay so much better than it could have been. The doctors were great also. Very impressed. Thsnk you all so much."
"I took my son to the walk-in clinic on a Thursday. He was running a mid grade fever. They told me they were doing a flu, covid, and strep test on him. They call us with the results of the test and tell us he has the flu. So 4 days go by symptoms have gotten worse. He pukes blood all over my bathroom floor. I rush him to the red oak hospital. Come to find out he has severe pneumonia in both lungs. He needed oxygen at this point along with controlling a 105 degree temp. Red oak hospital calls SMC for the record of the test and there is no record of a flu test. This makes me very angry my son could have died because they lied to me and did not do their job correctly. So anyone else beware of this issue."
"Office visit charge issue. I initially called before setting up an appointment and spoke to the scheduler and nurse to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for a new patient visit as I was not a new patient and have seen before. If I knew this was going to happen with the billing then I wouldn't have drove all that ways. I spoke to at least 3 different people there and I also spoke to someone at the Falls City office making sure I wasn't going to be charged a new patient charge and they told me I wouldn't since I was seen before. I have a follow up appointment and now I'm uncertain about even keeping that appointment because of this. That day I was charged $707 total for one day, 272 of that was the office visit. I have never in my lifetime have been charged a new patient charge like that even waiting a long time to go back to a Dr. I went back because of my bladder issues and I knew this specialist could resolve my problems. Both my mom and I have had problems in the past regarding this hospital including them charging my mom for something when she's on Medicaid which is illegal. Time to take ownership to their mistakes!"
