"Although the store looks clean and well supplied, I have been seriously disappointed 3 out of the 4 times I've been in this place. The store manager is knowledgeable and friendly. However I think he's the only staff member that is. Any other employee has been fairly useless and on the verge of clueless regarding what they have in stock or components of basic apparatuses (ie. A stem for a bong to which I heard the employee ask the customer, "do you know what it looks like?"). WTH? You need to at least hire people who have basic knowledge or give them better training. At this point it's hard to even consider this store a last resort. Frustrated !"
