"Great butcher shop with awesome customer service! Locally sourced and no antibiotics. Great prices and extremely good tasting! Pan seared a sirloin with nothing but salt and pepper to test it and I was very impressed with the steak overall. It's was juicy, beautifully seared and cooked to a lovely medium rare and melted in the mouth like warm butter on a hot day. It was a wonderful steak."
