"I recently purchased the Saratoga hi-vis harness compatible tool vest as well as the flashlight shoulder strap and Saratoga shoulder pads. I have not gotten anything yet as I have only just purchased my items. However I requested a call from Atlas 46 to get a better idea of how long the production time is and about how long I would be having to wait until I got my items. Cassidy was amazing on the other line. She was happy to answer all my questions, even the stupid random ones. LOL she had an awesome attitude and I could tell she knew her stuff. Thanks again Cassidy for all your help."
"The customer service team at the “business” is next level trash. They treated my mom like dirt. All she was trying to do was ask when the shipment would be received. She was told “obviously you didn’t read the website” (To be fair it said 90 days lead time and my mom missed that). However, the amount of attitude that she received for asking a simple question was ridiculous. The easy response would have been “Our products can take up to 90 days to produce, let me look and see when your order is set to be ready”. When my mom told the the Customer Service manager that this was a gift for my son for Christmas the manager said “Well that explains it, we usually deal with men”. Sexiest company."
"I'd give zero stars if possible. I placed an order for over $800 worth of items on February 9, 2023, and have nothing but excuses in my possession. I was fully prepared for a wait, but this has gone beyond anything that is acceptable. I do not recommend this place at all. I'm waiting for a full refund now. To be fair I thought I should update this review now. So after pushing me to the breaking point, somehow my order ships?? Which is odd, all of a sudden it's done? Anyway, the pants were the wrong size, and color. The knee pads were also the wrong color. They claimed they "tried" to credit my CC but that is not true. Then about a week later I get a refund check for the whole order?? This place is completely ridiculous and mismanaged. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me. The tool belt does seem to be of good quality, so for free, I suppose I'll use it. Still do not recommend this place at all, and I would be very suspicious of the high praise in some of the reviews."
