"Thoroughly unimpressed with our experience there. My kiddo is nervous around new people and the stylist didn't even attempt to calm his fears or talk to him for that matter. They refused to cut his hair unless he sat back all the way in the chair and quit crying. If they would've attempted to at least talk to him or show the slightest interest in making him feel comfortable he would've been fine. I was really hoping we wouldn't have to go to Springfield for his haircuts but I'd rather drive farther and spend more than take him here."

"I went in and asked for a medium fade with 2 on the sides and showed the barber a picture of myself with the haircut I wanted. I left with a high top with very little fade at all. Buzzed my hair off that same night after I got home due to the ridiculous high top I ended up with. I wish I had noticed the lack of fade before I paid and tipped so I could have just had him buzz it all off... the 2 stars instead of one is due to all the staff being extremely nice."
