"I'm literally crying right now I went in on Friday for a haircut to make my back even to my front and maybe like a one inch trim and some bangs that I showed a picture of they were long bangs with beautiful face framing. She said she wouldn't have enough time to dry my hair or style it so I said okay and that it should air dry fine. Well I took a shower and straightened my hair and I look ridiculous the bangs and the hair is completely uneven and my hair went from super long, thick, and almost mid back to short and uneven. I'm gonna need extensions which cost $600+ depending on the stylist to allow my hair to grow and recut it. Or I'm gonna have to shave it and buy a $300+ wig. I'm just really upset with the fact that now I'm gonna be out even more money that I can't really afford because I cannot go to my new job looking the way I do."

"I got the most terrible haircut I've ever gotten here. Albeit the woman was nice, but nice isn't what makes the difference when I'm sent out with wet unstyled hair to find when I get home layers are crazy uneven. I was told I could go back within 7 days to get anything fixed..nice offer but I don't plan on ever going back."
