"If I could give this business a negative star, I would. This was one of the worst experiences for my son who is 11 years old, who was literally left traumatized from his haircut. The owner/barber was on his phone the entire time, on a personal phone call. When my son asked him a question regarding his hair his response was "you need to sit still and let me work" he was jerking my son's head from left to right and failed to listen to his requests. I finally had to intervene when it came to getting physical with my child. He continued to argue with me stating "I don't take directives from kids that don't listen" when I explained the customer has every right to ask questions, he said "he's not the customer, now give me my money" he started to push my son back in the chair and said "give me my money or I'll cut off all of his hair" when he tried to restrain my son in the chair. I was taken back- honestly this was so terrible. I would not impose this treatment on an enemy let alone a paying customer. I would never go back and will continue to tell people about how horrible this business is until its collapse, with service like that- it will not be long!"

"WORST barbershop encounter!! I’m usually not one to leave a negative comment but this one hit my threshold! My wife took my son in for a haircut. The barber, who claimed to be the owner, a “professional” was on a personal phone call the entire time. My son was patient throughout but at some point, the barber started shaving too much in to the fade and was cutting my son’s skin. My son politely asked him to mind what he was doing. He responded by stating, he doesn’t take directives from “mouthy” kids and proceeded to shave. At that point, my wife intervened to get him to stop, explaining that he should listen to a customer’s request, he became aggressive and started asking to get paid in full for an unfinished job. He threatened to shave off all my son’s hair if not and tried restraining him in the chair. My son was terrified, in tears. He was paid in full, they left with an unfinished haircut. Ongoing proceedings are underway. I have read similar posts here, it seems to be a trend with the service at this barbershop, sad, they have only been in operation for less than a year. The BBB has been notified and a complaint is on file to warn customers of this owners erratic behavior- simply unacceptable!"
