"Don’t get your leather goods repaired here. We wanted a zipper replaced on my husband’s travel bag, and they charged us 150.00 for the repair. When we got the bag returned, the shoulder strap was missing and the zipper did not work. When we brought this to their attention, we got a blank stare, empty apology, and no offer of even a partial refund. Wish I could Leave zero stars. Edit for reply: we both know what you said is a lie. You offered a blank stare and an apology. You never offered a refund or compensation, your employee laughed when my husband asked for the repair receipt, and now request for us to call you back only after the bad reviews (to save face). You have our number. If you wanted to make it right, prove it. I’d change my review, but I’m not holding my breath. Just get shoes somewhere else. That’s my recommendation"
