"The pharmacy suxs I even had a lady work there say that too. Takes like 4 days just to get my meds after being out for a couple of days. Everytime I call them I'm on hold for 30 mins or longer"

"I went there today to get a vanilla gift card. The lady had me open it and hand her the open card so she could “verify it wasn’t compromised”. I put $160 on it which cost $166.95 to find out a couple hours later the card got compromised and all the money is gone. Now I’m stuck $166.95 in the hole. CVS says it’s not their problem and they don’t do refunds and vanilla says they need at least 15 days to a month to figure it out and might be able to send a replacement but not even sure. I’m starting to wonder if she had me open it so SHE could compromise it. Either way my bill isn’t getting paid today like it’s supposed to"

"Everybody is doing their absolute best! Love the store manager with his positive attitude! I wish people would be more kind and human and understand that they are understaffed. Pharmacy and the on the sales floor. Please be more patient with the staff, they are there to help you. Treat people how you would like to be treated."

"First I used the minute clinic. They got me in earlier than my appointment time. The main practitioner is awesome. She was straight and to the point. Which I like. I ended up with 5 scripts. I've never used CVS pharmacy because the one on antioch is horrible. But the minute clinic was on point. So WTH lets try out the pharmacy. She sent my prescriptions there. There was a long line but the ladies were on it. The pharmacist was even doing her best to help the line. But I want to give a shout out to the woman who was next to her Nov 30th in the evening. Grey hair glasses I did not catch her name but her customer service and sence of urgency was top notch! Thank you for your compassion! You are the reason I will return. I had my appointment and got 5 prescriptions filled and was out in an 1 hr 15 minutes. And it was super busy!!! Thank you CVS!"

"Why is the drive thru never open and I’ve been trying to call them for two days and never can get anyone on the phone even after being on hold for over 30 minutes. They are under staffed, I get that but come on I work, I have four children I get it but this is peoples medication here ! This is ridiculous ! I will be switching to Walgreens for sure !!!! I hope they are able to get it together !"
