"Staff was outside being loud and smoking. When I pulled into the drive through, I was informed it would be a two minute wait. I suggest going anywhere but this store for anything. Place is trashy and brings down the neighborhood. It needs to be shut down. Would call management but I hear it would be a waste of time. Maybe try hiring some decent people who know customer service."

"It's the only smoke shop we go to wen we r in Forsyth. The staff is always friendly. Our visit this time was the same. The cashier Ashley was very helpful. She got us signed up for the rewards programe to help us save a lil bit of money wen we come back again. I do like the variety of things they have. And they have a drive up window so if u can not or just don't want to get out of ur vehicle u don't have to. That's awesome."

"13 year customer. 2 cartons a week. Went in the other day to get the same carton I did 4 days before and it was $3 higher than week before. When I asked the gal at the window what was up. She said "that's the price, do u still want em". No I don't. And drove 4 miles to Scooters. Carton was $64. So long Friendly. Do better."

"I am a former employee. I loved this job and the people. I have over 10 years experience of customer service and cashiering. Never had a write up or falsely accused of stealing til this job thanks to the manager that hired me who was actually caught stealing from the store and blaming employees with false pretense, false accusations, and false appearance of being a good manager. We were not allowed to report any complaints about another worker or we were going "to be wrote up." Customer service is a big part of gaining new customers and bring them back while loving the regular customers treating everyone equally no matter what. I'm very happy to say that this store is no longer managed by the same manager as I was hired. I was humiliated and furious because I knew the truth but how does an employee prove to higher up that the manager is in the wrong and they believe you? I hope my write ups and all accusations will be exempt with the knowledge that higher up has now that the manager was the problem, not the employees. Great new staff and manager."
