"The manager was rude for no reason. I've never had a returned check but she refused my check even though I have paid by check there multiple times. She treated me as if I was a fraud. She was very unprofessional towards the cashiers and to me. I believe her name was Tiffany. I've shopped at this store for over a year and up until today it has been pleasant. If she would have kindly explained to me that they wouldn't accept those checks anymore I would have understood. She definitely doesn't seem like the type of person who should be a manager or any kind of customer service position for that matter. I will no longer shop at that location as long as she is working there."
"Where to start.... due to recent visits at this location I would have to say as a loyal customer i am very disappointed in the service we have recieved. The lack of professionalism and common decency as customer service employee made it more than apparent the employees hated their jobs and probably their lives. There was no efficiency. Rather I watched my boyfriend stand in line for a number of minutes as the cashier chatted with another customer, even after acknowledging his presence. When he asked for the managers help it only made matters worse. The end result? He was asked to leave. A few days passed. We continued spending our money with the same cashier Rapid Robert's. We feel as if maybe everything's cool but then, once again when we go to get our morning coffee, smokes and scratchers, the manager from the first encounter started in with him again. Once again, the end result was him being asked to leave. Overall we are very dissatisfied with this location and its employees. Corporate has been called a number of times, even after the first incident and so far no action has been taken. Needless to say we now spend our money elsewhere."
