"Home owner doing most my own repairs. Bought a sheetmetal part for $30 w. tax, returned the next morning in perfect condition and was charged a 25% restocking fee. Same part in brand new condition. Mind you, they originally gouged me by double on the part to begin with. Lady points to a sign. Really???? Despite my objections, only 75% refund. I am not worth the $6.35 they retained on the restock fee so neither is my business. If and when I hire something out, no parts from this horrible company will make it on my property."
