"I purchased tires from this company while being an account manager for this company. While attempting to remove my wheels yesterday they were unable to remove one lug nut on my passenger rear vehicle. Instead of using a breaker bar they used the air gun until it snapped. I purchased the proper tools for them to use to remove it, and even purchased a replacement for the stud. However at the end of the day a different tech put my lug studs back in, and instead of tightening them by hand, and then using the air gun they only used the air gun which caused them to go in at a weird angle, and stripped each and every single one on that wheel. When corporate was reached out to I was told they would not cover it, and at that moment I quit. Within the next 30 minutes after leaving I received a call from corporate asking why I left, and I explained exactly why. If you’re willing to treat an employee like that then you will definitely treat your customers like that, and it all comes back to principal. If you break it. You buy it."
