"One of the few places I get DEF for my dump truck, and at the diesel pumps you can never get a receipt to print and this morning I actually wasn't able to get a receipt even having gone in. So now I won't be able to write off diesel or DEF fluid for my truck there for messing up my reporting to the IRS. They need to fix this and immediately. No where is it acceptable to do business without getting a receipt. The woman claimed that the receipt dispenser gets jammed, if this is a problem it should be addressed and given a permanent solution to resolve the issue. The woman couldn't even give a hand written receipt which I understand might be their policy but I think the important thing is that I wasn't able to get a receipt for my purchase. "Went to the store for a HotDog... I had called earlier and was told they have them, and when I got there they were still out (called cuz they were out yesterday. Regina told me I called the wrong store and wanted to see my phone with a condescending tone and smile. I have been in customer service/food industry for over 30 yrs. Really this is customer service calling your customers a liar and to prove it ask for their phone???? the egg salad Friday was bad, the pizza I got to day was dry and rubbery... Probably will find a new quick stop, something has happened with this store in the past couple of weeks.. Miss Regina, you do not always have to be right, it is RUDE."
