"Went to grab coffee on morning of 3/9 was not impressed with the coffee or service. The guy at the register had a headset on and I thought he was talking to me to try to take my order but, no he ignored me like I wasn’t important at all and continued standing at the register talking on the headset. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there or talk to anyone really. This isn’t the personality you want standing at the register! I think this person should be running the take out window and standing over there not at the dang register. Needs to be someone designated at the register to take customers orders and interact properly with customers. Then the bartista making the coffee would place the coffee out on counter when it was ready but failed to call out what it was so lots of confusion there as well. You could also see there was a lot of confusion between employees as well. We were not impressed with our coffee either and will avoid this place in the future!"

"Very bad experience this morning at 9am 2/7/24 with customer service rude employees don't greet customers don't let you know they'll be right with you when your just standing there at register waiting to order, spending your hard earned money trying to support a coffee shop other than the big chain ones. Customer service is a big part of a companies success. This young girl is unhappy taking her problems out on customers . She finally came to take our order still no greeting just made us feel like we were bothering her. Shouldn't be in customer service if you can't handle it. Attached is her photo."

"I love Bolder for their coffee, real actual coffee. The lattes and teas are great but most of the time I prefer an actual cup of black coffee or an iced coffee on a hot day. Bolder’s drip is fantastic, usually with two options, one usually a single origin. While other places offer pour overs, their drip is usually mediocre and expensive. Bolder is very reasonable and the service is quick and friendly. My only critique is the shop itself isn’t very inviting for hanging out, cold and the music isn’t my thing, I prefer a more relaxed vibe."

"Pleasantly surprised by how good their sugar free options are. I asked them to just randomly make me a sugar free coffee of their choice and they made the Royale sugar free and it was amazing! It still tasted very good rather than water down bitter coffee. The whole place is clean and very inviting and the weekend staff are always very kind!"

"As y’all know by now, Mrs. Flip Out is always scouting out new coffee shops and this trip is no exception. We decided on Bolder Coffee and she ordered their World’s Best Vanilla Latte. She usually doesn’t get any flavors or sweet coffee drinks because they are usually too sweet. Mrs. Flip Out was very pleasantly surprised that it had just the right sweetness and the vanilla flavor wasn’t overshadowed. She loved it! I ordered a blended cinnamon toast drink (minus the coffee) and it was delicious. The drive through was very quick and our baristas were friendly and accommodating. If you’re needing a coffee fix, give Bolder a try!"
