"We brought our car in on January 24 to fix some dents in the driver side door. I assumed this would take a few days since I had set this appointment three weeks earlier. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything. I called them and they said they were working with insurance to try to get the damages approved. Another week went by and I called them and they said that they had gotten approval and were ordering the parts. Another week went by and they said that they hope to have it done by the end of the week. Another week went by and I had to call them again. They finally got it back to me on Feb 23rd. It took them over 4 weeks and I had to call them multiple times to get updates. They were good at being responsive but didn’t ever initiate a phone call keeping me up to speed. They overpromised and undelivered. This place was great when it was Bob Morey’s but I will not go back under this new ownership. I’m glad other people are having a good experience with them but mine wasn’t good. * I was logged on my wife’s google account and left a review… I’m reposting the review from my own google account."
