"I was a walk-in, that called on my way in they had a 1230 appointment open I got it. Once I arrived I got checked in and waited less than 10 minutes to be called back for a cut. My barber was Kristi and she did an amazing job. Showed her a picture and she nailed it. Better than that it was only 25 bucks for a cut and a beard trim. Most places in the area make you choose either pay your rent or squeeze a cut in. Was very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness of the cut. Will make this my permanent barber shop."

"Made an appointment for a family member. Sent him in and when he returned I was appalled at his experience. They knicked his ear and made him bleed. Was very rough with his thick thick hair. And apparently the lady complained about a coworker the whole time. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. They did give him the cut for free, but we still won't be back."
