"-Had a terrible haircut yesterday, details at the bottom.- I've gone to this salon every couple of months for the past 3 years or so. I've always got mixed results. Some of their stylists are skilled, friendly, and send me out the door with a good haircut. But the rest of the time I get somebody who displays zero nuance, and needs comprehensive instructions on exactly how much to cut, and where, and then they will send me out the door looking terrible if I can't fully explain what they need to do because they don't care. I've had one haircut where the person cut off way too much because they didn't ask me how much length I wanted to remove before they were already halfway done. So I'm giving 2 stars because it's such a gamble. Yesterday I dropped by at around 6pm and got a terrible haircut, so bad I had to make this review. I was sat at a station labeled Charlene. She stared blankly at me when I tried to explain what I needed cut, obviously needed to be told 100% what to do. She didn't wet my hair, but tried to cut where I requested. About 3-5 minutes in, she asked me how it looked. I said it looked good so far. So she put the scissors down, removed the cloth and brought me to go pay. I didn't want to make a fuss so I paid and left. Once I got in my car I noticed sideburns were not evenly trimmed, and overall it was one of the worst haircuts of my life. Please don't send people out the door with half a haircut! And please don't send people out the door with a haircut you wouldn't wish upon your worst enemy."
