"!!!!!!!Beware!!!!!! These reviews are some what misleading. There ARE 4 stores now I believe. For some reason it seems the reviews have become jumbled? A show them from other locations. The one on Troost & 63rd & Woodson I’ve had…? Decent experiences. The state line location… the older woman who is/has been managing… horrible human being (at least appears to be!) often speaking horribly to other staff. No one should be treated this way…. She tends to follow other minority peeps around the store fearing they will steal. On the other hand… it’s wild what you might find. Idk what 1/4 of these things do. But you might find a few gems! Few things are priced. And they will vary! Some locations will haggle more than others… it NEVER HURTS! This is seriously the key to getting good deals. If you’re prepared to spend..$35 + up… you will definitely get a better deal than if you’re looking to spend $5-10 for that diamond in the rough. Good luck"

"Don’t bother going to this place. They lied to us, charged more than they were supposed to (our fault for not checking) and are difficult to speak to since they don’t speak English. We were promised a refund by the owner and drove 48 minutes back to the store just to have the person working the store refuse. We contacted the owner again who allowed an exchange but not a refund even though he promised a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!"

No electronics at all, and I do mean at all. If I put a picture of all the boxes with the items in front of them you would understand and see exactly what I am talking about. Please save your money and take my word for it, you do not want to lose your money, because there you will. And I had to give a one star rating just to be able to post this message to everyone. I give them a zero star rating. That's more than they deserve.."

"Adding an extra star for the employee who put up with far more than any person should, he was an absolute saint. The store itself is okay, runs like any other discount store and I have little to complain about it. However, while halfway through shopping, the owner decided to absolutely tear into the only person working there over losing a pair of scissors. And I mean just BERATING him. I get it, people make mistakes and lose things and it's not cool, but it was so much that people were leaving. When checking out (after waiting because she literally couldn't stop yelling at him) he gave prices that were reasonable that I was more than willing to pay, until she took items out of his hands and upped the numbers over double what he said. I declined most of the items and still felt like I payed too much. To the owner, you're only hurting yourself taking this out on others. Seek mental help. To the one employee being expected to run that store, leave. I heard what she said to you and it was vile, nobody deserves to be verbally abused at their job. There are places who will treat you better, I promise. Good luck to you."

None of their items in any of these stores have prices they don’t have shopping carts the young man that was working at the register today was doing his best to price items even though the line was not long, she yelled at him and told him to look up the prices he said their prices are 50% off the sticker. She still yelled at him in front of everyone. This is so wrong so I told her if you price the merchandise in the store instead of just bringing it in off the truck and sitting on the floor. People would not have to go up to the register just to ask how much is it if I could give zero stars I would their stores are very unorganized. There is no testing stations. Everything is as is nothing is price you are to bring the items to the register. They will look it up on their phone to see how much they’re going to charge you which is ridiculous, but they’re running a business, I am going to post this on every social media website. This is the worst store to shop in. She is so rude and I’ve been knowing her for years shopping at their other location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT RETAIL REBAL At least you know how much the item .They have four locations as well. Their store is clean they have shopping carts and they don’t have to look up the price before you can check out so when it comes to the stores listed on this piece of paper in the photo.
