"My daughters truck was stolen on August 3rd. Their first stop was to the BP on Van Brunt. I have been trying to call several times a day to see if they might have video of them, but they NEVER answer their phone. someone please let me know how I can find out this information? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!"

"Absolutely worst experience of my life. I know things are tough but, my local BP? I went in to pre pay for gas, granted it was $5 purchase. Attendant (Jay) asked how I was my response was today sucks. Could not get any worse.vwell just then it did. Put my card in transaction went through, card machine said remove card so I did. It took the last $5 I had and he stated I took the card out to fast. I said the cc machine said remove card. He stated I had to wait til the second beep. I told him that maybe the cc should say that. I ask ok know what , you took my money , I showed him on my phone and he just kept saying I took the card out to quick. I told him fine that I did exactly what the cc machine told me to do. Then he started getting hostile and claiming I was talking over him. I said I was not able to leave with out my money or gas. The then got angry saying he was going to call the police which in turn I said please do. At that point he started calling me a P@ssy repeatedly. He said I had disrespected him and the long story short was telling other customers that because I was white I think I should be able to treat him with no respect. Because I am white? Well that will be the last visit to BP until they educate there employees on customer service."

"Overall it isn’t bad. But always check what you buy here. They have a no refund or return sign so I’m not even going to bother trying to return this grinder I bought that has a crack in it. Not happy about that but otherwise the place isn’t bad. Just in a less then great area"
