"Pay at the Pump was broken. Had to walk in to the shop a total of 6 times for them to get it right. Cashier doesn't know how to use the register, then doesn't know how to turn on the pumps. What should have been a 5 to 10 minutes pit stop took 20 minutes. I should have driven further to find a station with diesel and I would have still gotten home earlier."

"This store has just about anything anywhere else does but knowledgeable employees. 1030 a.m. on April 2nd was my visit. Couldn't use rewards. Clerk had no knowledge of how to sign in and apply rewards and explained to me that Phillips 66 didn't like people to use rewards. Crazy."

"Honestly, I signed on to complain, but man did they turn it around fast. I came in the early morning hours, irritated and tired. I went to the register with $4.18 worth of items and asked if I too early to cash in scratcher tickets. The cashier did not answer simply said how much is it? I went and scanned my tickets to find that I had $6 and took them over to the register meanwhile I ran my card for the $4.18 which it gave The telltale ding that it had gone through. The cashier hands me what's left of the $6 for the purchase of my items. She didn't know I needed the cash and I wasn't trying to cash in my tickets for purchase. I explained that was not what I asked to do, that I had only asked if it was too early to accept scratchers. Further annoyed, the cashier explained that they could not undo a lottery cashing in I admittedly walked out ina huff. I got in my car and was going to get on Google and express my frustration further however the cashier came outside and handed me cash which could only have come from her own pocket because otherwise the door would not be even. I gave attitude originally, did not clarify my request when asking about scratchers and created a bit of the scene when I huffed out but this cashier went above and beyond to make sure that I left happy and I feel that that is necessary to be commended. Good job cashier and thank you I know it was just a small thing, but it was a big deal to me. Sincerely Blue hair girl"
