"The lady that is working this morning is horrible at customer service..... For one why are all coffees being redone at the same time. When asked about how long will it be to make coffee she says 15-20 minutes. Doesn't take that long from my experience. So since I can't wait I went and grabbed two bang energy drinks. They are marked as 2 for $4 so when they ring up to $5.25 with tax it seemed like too much tax. So I mentioned the advertised price and she was very rude about having to push some buttons to give me the correct price. Rolling her eyes and giving me an attitude. I have had other issues and have never received drink coupons like I used to when issues happen but I don't care about the free drink. honestly I usually love quick trip and the friendship we had with our last local quick trip and employees before we moved here. Just disappointed in the unprofessional behavior displayed and by what looked to be the night assistant manager."
"Most of the services was good. However, the person in kitchen cooking was rude to me. She stated that if I wanted extra gravy that next time, I will have to pay for it. I tried to explain to her that the button was pressed but would not let me add for extra."
"The staff there is amazing and so helpful and inviting!!! The cashiers are always willing to help me carry stuff, to say hello and be informative. Best quick trip . Keep it up. Late night, early morning always helpful. I can come in looking like a million bucks or dragging from a late night… and they always treat me with kindness and respect."
