"The worst customer service. Actually, NO customer service. My sister-in-law wanted a new wedding set. Was told by extremely unhelpful rep that what she was describing was out of style and rather than show her something, she immediately plopped herself down in a chair. She did not know what a "low profile" setting was. Useless. Will never step foot in that store again. We went across the street to Helzberg, we were helped immediately and she was able to purchase a beautiful new set and I bought a new eternity band!!"
