"Not really sure how this place is in business. Instead of greeting me as I walked in, both owners made eye contact and continued to watch me all throughout the store. There's a huge Lack of professionalism. All the prices are pretty hicked up from what you would pay at Hollywood Beauty or on Amazon. Even at the register, No greeting (ackwardness) just my total. Not worth it at all. I can't allow myself to spend $75+ each visit to be treated like a Third world citizen! There was a strong sense of racism present for sure!"

"I dislike the staff in here . I was inquiring about hair I wanted to know the price ? It was like $98.09 . Her response was like if you want synthetic weave we have it in different aisle. You TRIED TO BE FUNNY ! I’ve never asked you about synthetic hair , nor did I complain about the prices. I just walked out and won’t be back. Every experience has been negative ."

"I bought a perfum from them. the second i got in my car i noticed it was leaking. I immediately went back in to see if i could just switch it out for one that wasn’t broke. The lady would not let me exchange. i explained it was already broken and i just didn’t notice and she didn’t care not one bit. very disappointed it smelled really good. i will not be shopping there again."

However, the two clerks at the front were extremely kind and helpful. I appreciate the good customer service. I recommend this store it has a large selection and the young ladies were nice."
