"I would never book here ever again I had an appointment for the 23rd and they canceled me two hours before the appointment with no explanation knowing that is close to the holidays. Not professional at all no communication whatsoever beware."

"I was highly disappointed in my experience. I booked Tiffany on Style Seat for a 6 AM Saturday appointment. The day before my appointment, my schedule opened up, and I offered to come the day before since she had time available on her schedule. This did not work for her so I decided to keep my 6 AM appointment. Twenty minutes prior to my appointment time, I received a text message saying that she would be late to my appointment and that I would need to come at 7 AM instead. I explained that I had already left home and that I would have to wait in my car and she simply replied ok. At. 7:02, I received a text message stating that she would be at the salon in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, I was so waiting and texted her asking if everything was OK and she responded "here." I got out my car and was greeted with a "come this way". Walked in the salon ,sat down and had to proceed, again, to wait 20 minutes for her to clean her salon before she started with my hair. It was a simple crochet with a small amount of leave out for individual braids. I showed her exactly how much to leave out and ended up with enough hair for 2 rows of individual braids, see pics. I ended up leaving the salon 10 minutes after 11, missing important engagements. The tripper here is, not once did she attempt to apologize. This tells me that this is typical behavior."
