"I checked in online for a haircut for my 4yr old son on 1/3/23. It was right around 2pm. When we walked in the location wasn’t busy. There was one stylist with a client and two standing possibly talking to one another. We waited to be greeted and nothing. The women obviously saw us and chose to ignore us. It did not take long for the stylist who was working with a client to excuse herself and greet us and check us in. The stylist who put a booster chair in her seat did not even invite us back. She seemed very put out and so I asked her how her day was and she was short and responded fine and said what are we doing? I asked for a trim for my son. She was not kind at all and told him to sit back and then proceeded to put his bangs in his face to check for length. He didn’t understand and went to move them and she once again was short and rude. I did not get my child out of there quick enough. I swiped my son right up and we left immediately. It is ok to have a bad day. It is ok to not be 100%, but to purposely provide bad customer service is simply uncalled for. I found another location that was happy to assist in my sons haircut, and their kindness was rewarded with a great tip and a future customer."

"Terrible! I went to go get a haircut, and this lady cutting my hair was rude! She spent almost the whole time brushing my hair and when she was, she kept pulling my hair. And after when she FINALLY decided to start cutting my hair, I said I wanted it more short in the beginning and she almost did all my hair. And the whole time she was yelling at her daughter that was there and not paying attention. I will not be coming back."

"Not happy at all. I don't know what the stylist was thinking when she cut my hair. I asked for layers and she said my hair is too fine for it, fine, I got that. I asked her for a haircut that would suit my face shape and hair and all she did was keep them cut uniformly and failed at that too. She wasn't even trying to do the basic trim and I paid for a haircut. Unbelievable! Never ever trusting another Great Clips again. I'm done with this franchise."
