"I show up 2 minutes late for an appointment to be told to sit in the lobby for five minutes just for them to tell me I’m 5 minutes late and they can’t take me l. I also think it is very rude to very strongly push customers to purchase thousands of dollars of treatment plans when I am currently allready a paying customer. Paying off a $6,000 loan and until I receive the full treatment results that were discussed when I signed up to pay and better customer service I will not be giving Milan laser any more of my money !"
