"Love this place. Trying to to get educated in Indian food and groceries. It's hard!!! Always so helpful. Thanks!"
"A decent Indian store. I like about this place is, when I buy coconut from here, they help to open it. If it’s not good, they will replace it."
"Bombay Bazaar is an Indian grocery store located in Chesterfield. I found the store to be well stocked with all the basic things you may need. I liked that they had made smaller quantities of rice and atta, as not everyone needs a 10 or 20 pounds of rice bags. There was a good selection of fresh vegetables and their freezer section was well stocked. I found good selection of rice and pulses. Overall, a great Indian store for your shopping needs. I recommend this place."
"I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Bombay Bazaar, and it pains me to say that it was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. The store employees at Bombay Bazaar were not just unfriendly; they were downright mean, aggressive, and consistently unhelpful. From the moment I walked into the store, I was met with hostility and a complete lack of courtesy. It seemed as though the employees were perpetually angry and annoyed with customers. Their body language and tone of voice were aggressive, creating an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere. What frustrated me the most was their absolute unwillingness to provide any assistance or answer simple questions. Whenever I approached an employee with a query, I was met with dismissive responses or outright indifference. It was clear that they had no interest in helping customers, and their attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there. In addition to their unhelpful demeanor, the employees at Bombay Bazaar seemed to be more interested in talking amongst themselves or on their phones than attending to customers. It was as if I was invisible to them, and my presence in the store was a nuisance they couldn't wait to be rid of. My overall impression of Bombay Bazaar is that it has some of the worst employees I have ever encountered in a retail establishment. Their consistently rude, aggressive, and unhelpful behavior has left me with no desire to ever return to this store. I strongly advise anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience to avoid Bombay Bazaar at all costs. The customer service here is beyond terrible, and it's a shame that such a negative experience can overshadow what might otherwise be a decent store."
"You can get almost all the items an Indian kitchen will need. This is the only place in St Louis where I was able to get soft paneer. They have a very good assortment of veggies too which are much better than other larger conglomeration. The staff is very friendly and warm."
