"Wow, my barber was exceptional. She gave me an excellent cut that matched my description, and completed it in 15 minutes. For the past 8 years my haircuts usually take 45 min to an hour, and don’t turn out anywhere near as well. I’m kind of in shock, but very grateful to the skill of the barber! I was a first time customer, visiting from out of town, and grateful to pick Great Cuts. I’ll be a repeat customer next time I’m here visiting family!"

"My hair was long and it’s naturally curly. I asked for my hair to be layered, length kept and my curtain bangs fixed. I got none of that. When I got home, I straightened it and I cried. I got my hair chopped all the way up to my shoulders (my hair was past my breast), no layers, hair uneven, and one side of my bangs cut like Dora the explorer and the other side barely even a curtain. My hair is overall terrible. The lady who cut my hair had the audacity to tell me that if I had came in with my hair straightened, it would have been easier to cut and layer. Why does she even work there? No idea. Never going there again. My 9 year old cousin could cut my hair better."
