"If I could give a zero! Thieves!! This place stole our money, literally. We paid money for them to change carpet into laminate flooring, and after paying the full amount of flooring, plus half the amount of the installation fees, they sent over some guy to do the installation, who after removing the flooring said our subfloors were not level and that he doesn’t know how to do the job, so he leaves. Three weeks later as we’re trying to get a refund on the installation fees we paid, LL flooring chooses to just not refund us the money! Total scam and I don’t even know how their business is still running!"

"LL Flooring Fenton MO when I called the store they had the product that I was interested in and it was in stock the quantity that I needed. I drove 115 mile to pick up the flooring so far so good. When I got to the store I was asked if I needed adhesive for my floor. Well I asked how much it was and was going to do some price shopping online real quick as I figured adhesives were all about the same but was quickly informed that hat “if you don’t use this glue you won’t have a warranty”. Alright fine I’ll buy 4 gallons of glue at $249.99. Go home with flooring and glue. 3 days later I have installers working for me and floor looks pretty good they get nearly one first day and come back the second to finish and when they are done they start checking the floor and it’s not stuck well. They start investigating and call the manufacturer…low and behold I was sold the WRONG GLUE! Now 10 days later LLFlooring will not return my calls or emails and I have over $2000 spent likely no warranty and no support from the manufacturer. I feel like I should receive a complete refund for labor and materials plus labor to remove the incorrect product. Great response from LLFlooring…I was emailed back same day I left a bad review. When contacting LLFlooring customer care on 9 Nov I received an email immediately back but have had no communication back from them. I sent the pictures they requested on 9 Nov. LLFlooring customer care has my email address AND phone number. I have called back 9 times and my case worker “Chloe” always seems to not be available."

"I have a very disappointing experience with Lumber Liquidators (Fenton Missouri store) for Bamboo floor project in our house in May 2019. They scheduled four day installation job where nobody showed up for first two days. They some how finished the job in less than two days with installation defect called "Dimpling". Dimpling is caused by improper nailing. This defect has been verified by NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) certified inspectors. The installer from Lumber Liquidators is saying the defect is caused by moisture and humidity. The humidity was never measure until I filed a complaint. This is noting but an excuse to walk away from the situation. They replaced some of the planks and caused secondary defect such as uneven planks, gaps between two planks, hide gaps by using filler and chipping the Dimpling while pounding them down using a mallet. This project is a mess and even after complaining to Better Business Bureau (BBB) no satisfactory feedback and support from Lumber Liquidators. In fact they are asking from customer to pay for the repair. The floor has full year worth of warranty and a full payment was made in advance with good intention. I do not recommend Lumber Liquidators and their third party installer "RW Flooring"."
