"My contractor ordered windows during install the contractor noticed a issue with one of the windows. Contractor called immediately to have it reordered. Followed up a week later, they had no documentation window was reordered. Asked them to reorder again. Followed up again a week later, the same run around, they did not have a reorder. I finally had to cut my losses and reorder the window from another company."
"I ordered materials for a client who I've known for over 15 years. He's an upstanding guy, pastor of a church and has never been known to lie about anything. When his materials arrived, he stated that the delivery driver backed a skid into his garage door causing damage to it that now makes his garage door buckle due to the pressure applied. When I called ABC Supply, I was informed that they would not cover the damage and the manager (who was not present) insisted that my client must be a liar because their guys don't make mistakes like that. My client says the driver did take before and after pictures, but neglected to take pictures of the damaged area after he was done as I'm sure he was hoping no one would notice. If this is how a large company likes this conducts business, I would recommend that as a contractor you look elsewhere for your materials."
