"I’ve never experienced Bella’s work because unfortunately, she canceled my appointments. The first appointment (2/14) she canceled with a 4-hour notice and today (2/16), she canceled my appointment with a 13 MINUTE NOTICE! Only to be met with excuse after excuse. If you cannot AGREE on a selected time slot, don’t make it available to the public. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in awhile!!!"
