Christy and staff at Kelly's Flooring did a fantastic job helping us find similar flooring to what we had (since of course ours was no longer available) at a reasonable price. "This is the second time we used Kelly's Flooring. The first time was to replace carpeting with wide plank hardwood flooring. This review is for the second time which was the stretch the carpeting in our basement. Based upon our excellent experience we had the first time we used Kelly's we received a bid from Kelly's and did not even request a second quote. We sent photos to Kelly's of the wrinkled carpet for the bid. We were not familiar with the process that would be used to stretch the carpet and thought it would take 5-6 hours to accomplish. The two men who did the work were excellent and the project was completed in 1 1/2 hours. We paid the total amount on the invoice (what we had agreed to) and I wrote a letter to Kelly's indicating that we felt the amount paid was too much for the time spent (only labor involved). Kelly's Flooring made an adjustment and refunded us a portion of what we paid for which we are grateful. We will use them again for a future project and I can truly say they are an honest company and one I can highly recommend."

"I am very happy with my new flooring. I had a staircase, landing and hallway done. I wanted carpet on the stairs and LVT on the landing and hall. Christy was very helpful with my floor choices. She suggested Fetch carpet for the stairs because that type is made to wear better on stairs. Then she suggested I use the same LVT that I already have in my living room so that I don't have different flooring in different areas of my home. I am glad I went with her suggestions because it looks fantastic. The installer came last week and did a superb job installing carpet LVT and baseboards. I am very happy and will definitely use Kelly’s for future flooring needs."
