They will come out to the house and look at what you have and want and they will work with you giving you ideas on how to make your dream idea transpire. "We ordered 4 cubic yards of soil, compost, and mulch. We were sold clay as top soil. I called and asked if clay is normally sold as top soil and they told me yes and to let it dry out to allow it be more workable. It is not workable in wet or dry form. When wet, it is extremely hard to pull apart and creates more clumps. When dry, it is solid like a rock! Itll take months to a year to break up all the clay! Who buys clay for their garden beds?? We are unable to use the clay. We spoke with other garden supply/landscape companies and other gardeners and farmers who confirmed that clay is essentially a filler and is not ideal for garden beds and shouldn't be sold as top soil as they're two different things. I want reimbursed for the clay or change out the clay for actual top soil."
